Hmmm… as dermatologist prove that stuff won’t work at all I’d say your face will begin to clear when puberty is over and your body’s natural process takes its course.

Never used Murad or knew anyone that did, but they say it can take up to 3 months to get the full results of acne products, although you will see a significant improvement in a month. Be patient, your acne didn’t show up all at once, so don’t expect to go away all at once either. Good luck!
