Proactive or Murad Acne Complex?
Posted by admin on Saturday Dec 13, 2008 Under Other - Skin & BodyJoger asked:
I currently use Proactiv and it has worked pretty well. Recently I have come across multiple sources mentioning the negative effects of benzoyl peroxide, a main ingredient in Proactiv. I’ve also seen advertisements for AcneComplex and was wondering if it is effective or if anyone has had experience with both.
The negative effects that I should have specified is something along the lines of benzoyl peroxide resulting in free radicals which can cause quicker aging of the skin.

I have used both, and Murad is by far superior than Proactiv! Also you don’t have to join the club buy it.

Well, I have never had to join a “club” to use proactiv. As for benzoyl peroxide, I have never heard anything bad about it except for it is one of the two main ingredients for getting rid of acne with sacilic acid. Proactiv works very good for me.
