skin issue.please help.kinda awkard?

Lotion? that may be the cause of it.

neutrogena makes a product called Body Clear body wash and it’s exfoliating and it has acne fighting ingredients in it. also, i’ve heard you can use proactiv on your back too. also, i think the hair covering your back thing might actually be causing the problem. especially if you use hair products and let it air dry on your skin.

You can go to a spa and get a back facial.
Also, these zits are stronger than the ones on your face, because the skin on your back is thicker.
You have to really exfoliate and use a strong cleanser.
Also, like oxy or clearasil pads work.
You have to do this EVERY DAY, if you can’t reach your back very well/easily get your mom or sister etc to scrub your back for you.
I know, it’s a really annoying problem.

Sounds like it might be hives. Could be many causes.
You may have an allergy to some thing you are eating, or a new soap, or a plant, etc.

i know sooo many ppl like that and i have it too…it is acne, so you have to treat it like regular acne. they make anti-acne body scrubs. also, make sure youre changing your bras and undershirts every day.

I have the same problem. Its like little red dots.I havent figured out what the cause of it is, but I noticed that my body spray makes me break out on my chest. Anyways I have been using Olay quench body lotion ultra moistrure with shea butter and vitamins e & b3, and olay body wash and its been working. Try it if it doesnt work you might want to see your doctor you might need medicated creams or pills. Hope you find somethings that works for you hun.

i had the same thing and i tryed everything but the only thing that worked for me was going to the doctor to get special cream and pills that made them go away, and it worked!

Acne is caused by open pores clogged by bacteria. Pores open due to heat or heat from friction. If you wear tight clothes, football pads, or tight bra-straps you are likely to have acne in the area. Stick to cotton clothes since they let air through to breathe.
Scrubbing vigoroulsy or covering it with lotion will not help since it will clog the pores. I’ve tried the neutrogen scrub and it didn’t work because you are just killing bacteria and washing the active ingredient off. Go to your doctor or find a night acne treatment cream/gel and apply it to your back to kill bacteria when you sleep and increase the turnover rate of the skin cells to heal scars. Oh yeah make sure it says benzoyl peroxide is the ingredient in the product you probably want to go to 10% because it’s the strongest concentration they sell in drugstores. Good luck

yeah, it’s back-acne, a.k.a. bacne. get neutrogena oil free acne body wash, it totally works!

that is acne. try clear pores. they have a body was and face wash. i use the face wash and it works great but idk about the body wash try it!
