some questions about murad acne complex?

hey! I just have a few questions about murad acne complex.
I havent started it yet because im waiting for it to be sent to my house. so my first question is: how long did it take for it too get sent to you? i know it said up to 3 weeks but how long did it take for you?

second question! when and if you went through the purging process, what it really bad or just a little more breakouts than you normally have.

and third! did murad work for you? did you have minor improvement or did it clear it up completely?? explain.

    I had murad for up to 7 months.
    and last year i ended up gettin my money back.
    I thought it was going to work, but it never did.
    The gel irritates your skin REALLLL BAD.
    To me murad is the worst product on the market..
    They dont use benzoyl proxide they use sasilic acid. Thats good but the medicine im using has both..
    Im using Neutrogena advanced solutions..
    I cant live without it..
    It really does work.
    My face looked horrible when i was using murad..
    It hurt.
    Yes believe it or not my face really did hurt.
    Murad ended up leaving scars on my skin and horrible acne..
    Ever since i started using neutrogena my skin is flawless.. acne FREE!
    no acne.
    im still tryin to get rid of some scars of the acne tho.
    They are not bad but they are still there.
    But its worth it. believe me.
    It truly does work.
    TRY IT, if murad dosent do what u expected it to.
