    I used Neutrogena’s Advanced Skin Care system for removal of all my acne scarring. It worked perfect.
    I never considered surgery, but I never let my acne get too far out of my control, and only had to deal with severe acne for a couple years. Maybe your case is different. I would ask a dermatologist, not these yahoos.
