What can I do about my very sensitive skin?

Last month, I had an acne outbreak. I tried different soaps and medicines to treat my acne. I ended up using stiemycin for my acne treatment and master facial wash oil pore minimizer as my daily facial wash. I noticed that my face easily get irritated when exposed to sweat, heat, and other external conditions (e.g.: stress). Then my skin starts to have this scaling too (like dandruff at the back of my ears, in my neck, and of course in my scalp). I also dont eat fruits and veggies, but it was consistent even last year (when I do not have any acne). I wonder what could probably trigger this sensitivity and scaling. Could it be the items I use (skin sensitivity) or vit.C deficiency (scaling) or other else? I hope you could really help me. Thank you so much.. :)

i think it could be the items you’re using. the best i think for you is the product Acne Free. i have sensitive skin also. i break out bad every so often. this product works and if i stop using it, ill break out again. and it works wayy better than proactiv because proactiv makes our type of skin all dry and flakey and irritated so thats not a good idea. but this Acne Free stuff is kinda like proactiv but it feels way better. i was very satisfied with this and i completely trust it. i definitely recommend it. you should try it.

but i dont really know about your dandruff on your ears and such…
