What could be causing my sudden breakout?

Sometimes the capsules have added ingredients which can cause breakouts. Ive found I do break out more when I take them. (which i agree doesnt make sense)

don’t know what started it but stop taking the pills you might be allergic or the strength might be too much for you body. stop & see if you notice a difference
