Toothpaste! It’s very caustic and people will warn you that it will burn your skin, but in reality it will simply make it a lot cleaner a lot quicker … Don’t smear it all over your face though. And don’t put it under your eyes or it will make you cry the same as if you put eucalyptus on the skin under your eyes.
Dab it in blobs on the individual spots.
You will feel the difference and your skin cleaner and tighter.
If the spots actually cover your face maybe toothpaste is not the thing.. A doctor can prescribe something called accutane but it is apparently very strong, has lots of side effects and is only prescribed in extreme cases.

Acne can be embarrassing at the best of times. I would try going into a site called Epinions.com and find out what users are saying about various products. Good hygene which involves regular bathing helps a lot. Good internal health is a major contributor to healthy skin. Try and stay away from the junk foods. I’ve also had good luck with a product called Acnezine. My source may help you find what you’re looking for. Good Luck
