Check out skin id it works really well. If you keep using it you will be pimple free. It was made by dermatologists and you take an evaluation test to find the best product for you!

Acne is a bacteria that needs to be killed. Witch Hazel is also works great.. it is a little smelly, but she can use a cotton ball or wash cloth. It will tke away the oiliness. `Tea Tree Oil will kill out the bacteria or weaken it enough not to bother her. Apply it to the effected areas with a q-tip or cotton ball after you have washed. Dont overwash… this will cause the face to dry out and then overproduce oils causing more acne.
You should get her a good multivitamin(highly suggest) with vitamin a,c,e,d and zinc.. this should help tons! Eating carrots also helps.. there is beta-carotene (Vitamin A) in them which helps prevent acne and repair the skin. Take zinc, zinc is a antibacterial agent. Make sure she drinks plenty of water and gets good rest at night.
Azelaic Acid is a great natural acid that reduces the growth of bacteria, restores the skins cells and reduces inflammation. Try using a topical with Azelaic Acid in it.. it is safe.
Also, change/wash her pillow case and sheets every other day.
There are ways to put moisture back into her skin and heal it, such as: drinking lots of water, making sure you are eating enough fat/omega-3 oils.
*Lotions with mineral oil can dry out the skin, use one with out it!*
Emu Oil ( ) contains vitamin A and E, Sapogens ( makes skin softer), and Oleic acid (a skin cell regenerator, anti-wrinkel agent) – walgreens sells emu oil.. i would think walmart would as well.

Hey, I’m 16 and have cleared my acne
If you’re interested in my (perfected) routine, this is it:
Morning -
Witch Exfoliating Face Wash, you can buy this or something similar near enough anywhere, is gentle and is used only to remove products used from night before, tell her not to be too liberal with it; somehow over-exfoliation irritates the skin and causes more spots
Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil Free Moisturiser – combats the dryness many of these products cause.
Evening -
Witch Exfoliating Face Wash
Clean and Clear Blackhead Scrub – only necessary if she also gets blackheads
Clean and Clear Shine Control Facial Wash – only necessary if she also gets a shine to her skin
Aloe Vera Gel – veeery good, helps skin but doesn’t perfect it, the PanOxyl is good on its own but I use this to prevent the skin peeling, use all over affected area, not just spots but where they could appear, too
PanOxyl Aquagel 2.5 – wow. this is amazing for its price, it can be bought over the counter for about £3. should be applied thinly over the infected area, not THICKLY, please, not, it caused the skin around my eyes to swell when i did this. it does warn you, but yeah, i was kinda eager after i heard about it. so it’s brilliant if used correctly.
PanOxyl Aquagel 5 – same as previous, only stronger, use on spots only.
If you take her to the doctor they’ll only prescribe something if she’s got severe acne, i don’t and all the offered was the pill
It may be a lot to buy in one go, but for her it will be really worth it and lasts so long.

I recommend trying skin id. I started using it last week after using proactiv for years & i love it. I have already seen a big difference after using skin id for only a few days. Since skin id is personalized for your specific skin type & problems i think it works better. My skin looks better than it has in years thanks to skin id.
