acne proactiv treatment
squall01 asked:

I must have sensitive skin AND I can’t use Proactiv, it burns my skin and WILL make my skin worse than before I started when I quit using it. Help? I’ve thought of Murad but I wasn’t sure… I use a really strong at home Microderm kit(MK) AND I also use an exfoliating brush BUT I’ve cut back a bit on that. I was my face 2x a day, and I don’t over do it.Help?
Diet has nothing to do with Acne. Acne has nothing to do with how good you like yourself. I LOVE myself, but my acne is always there. I have good habits. I don’t touch my face, try not to pick at it Etc.

perhaps a significant change in diet, and drinking more water, if treatments themselves arent working…

acne represents dislike of onself… try affirmations, as well
“I am beautiful and healthy, inside and out”

Edit: hmm, well worked for me.. perhaps youre destined to bad skin. sorry kiddo.. good luck

Fruit really helps, so does water, you should drink about 7-10 glasses a day.
Make sure you don’t use harsh products, because they can damage your skin.
After you wash your face, apply a oil-free moisturizer. You should also stay away from greasy and fried foods, and sugar.
    Hope it helps!
(If none of these work try going to a dermatoligst, not cheap but affective.)
