if you go into a specialist shop, like may be somewhere that does herb medecine, or somewhere like to body shop, if you ask for a small free sample they usually say yes

I never had acne as a teen, but when I got pregnant with my second child my hormones changed, A LOT! And ever since then I’ve had acne. So, it’s not just a teen problem at all. It’s awful!
Stress, hormones, lack of sleep, oils in your skin, sweat, dirt, some make-up, oily/ greasy and unhealthy foods, some hair care products (conditioners and styling products)… all of these things are major contributors.
I spent HUNDREDS of dollars on dermatologist visits and every idea they wanted me to try, and they all failed (NOTHING WAS FREE), and I still had acne… just a lot less money.
Then as a final resort I tried Proactive, I called the 1-800 number. They will give you your money back if it does not work. Proactive, Extra Strength WORKS for me (and it’s not every expensive either).
